"Staff present this afternoon (11/18/23) were unpleasant and disgruntled. Team included Alex and (perhaps) a female manager. Didn't count change yet rushed me thru my checkout, discussed increasing price of item from what it rang up as, and handed me a bag to bag my own items. I certainly didn't feel good about spending my money at this Ross today."

"This place has the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced I was sent over to this store specifically and before we could attempt to shop I ask to use the restroom and was told someone would be back there so I walked back again and waited no one came so I walked to the front again and the Mgr told me she didn’t have anyone and I said this is how you’d treat a vet? And told her had she told me that we would have walked to a neighboring store bc it’s an emergency. She said there’s nothing I can do so I called back and she answered the phone my req not knowing it was her was the dist mgr # To file a complaint and she began to argue with me telling me I was talking to her like she was a child cutting me off not letting me speak then I yelled I walked away from you bc we had to use the bathroom ma’am. And hung up never getting the dist office number. My husband decided to go back and look for what we came for and to our surprise anyone that look like me had full use of the bathroom now even had a person standing there. I’m pissed bc she caused a problem that wasn’t necessary I’m on 4649 foster ROSS! Unbelievable that someone would argue with a customer that politely ask for help"

"Very clean store and organized!!! What plenty other LACK BIG TIME, FRIENDLY STAFF, as soon as you walk in you are welcomed into the store and told about the sanitary station to wipe down your shopping cart. I found so many items from cute shoes to nice top, jeans and house itmes."
