"I was waiting on an air filter, and waited an hour. They delivered the wrong one first. Then I waited an ADDITIONAL 15 minutes for them to deliver the correct air filter. Should NEVER have to wait an hour for something simple. They told me "there's nothing we can do". Sweetie I work customer service. You put the customer first and discount the product. I'll forever shop at Auto Zone."

"I can not complain of the staff except when I bought a battery there for my ML320 they said if it took more than 10 minutes they couldn't install it. They say free battery installation. So make sure you tell them what car you have otherwise you will have to find someone who does it in fifteen. One more thing i paid for my battery around three they were suppose to give me a call when the installer was to come in... an hour and a half later still no call back... except the staff was very pleasant...."
