"My hubby and I came through St Louis for a little getaway and had reservations for Indo on a Wed evening. We opted to sit at the bar and Logan took care of us for the night and we had a fantastic time. We ordered the big Omakase which had an assortment of five hand rolls of Chef's choice, they were not cone shaped, rather the nori acted as 'taco' shells. I must say, they were very tasty and a fun take on hand rolls. The Toro was definitely the best. Then we had the King Salmon, Eggplant dish, Scallops with Ikura and a miso ice cream dessert. I'm not a huge fan of eggplant but this dish was surprisingly good. The King Salmon was very rich and fatty, paired well with the cocktails, and the miso ice cream was a little on the sweet side but the texture and combo of sweet and salty was on point. Logan is an awesome bartender and host. He definitely showed us a good time and showcased the Midwest hospitality beautifully. We were very glad we sat at the bar to get the full experience. We highly recommend checking out Indo -- great food, great drinks, and laid back yet sophisticated vibes. Don't sleep on this one!"
