"Just rude employees...went in today to specifically make a jewelry purchase. Asked for a specific item with letter initial I needed and was told everything was out. YOU HAVE HOW MANY OTHER STORES! You walked away and never offered to check other stores. What kind of service is that and if I owned the store and thought that was how my employees represented me I would be upset. I then approached another employee who clearly understood how to treat customers. "Yes, I can see both other stores have it and which is more convenient for you to go to?" Not sure why I even want to give you my business - did you not recognize me as one of your regular customers so I was not entitled to courtesy?"

"What an absolute waste of time. Salesperson was rude, and the quality of their products is cheap and gauche."

"I love Valentina! My favorites are the Glencoe and Winnetka because their customer service is outstanding. When I was sick with COVID last year the manager Alex from Glencoe went beyond the call of duty to help me find something to shared me up and delivered to my house. You can find beautiful gifts for everybody in your family and friends. I love to walk in a store that smells great and the ladies know you by your name."

"My grandmother and I came over to Valentina only to find it closed when it was meant to be open. The hours posted near the door clearly said that the store should have still been working. It was 2 pm, so there was no reason for it to be closed. The light was still on yet nobody was there. When I knocked, still nothing. Upsetting. On the upside, the things Valentina was selling seemed to be very aesthetically pleasing."
