"I usually don’t like to post negative review because I like to spread positivity. But in this case unfortunately I have to speak up for the employees. Stoped by to autozone to make a purchase the first thing I hear was their phone ringing and ringing employees were busy taking care of customers. Then I heard someone shouting in the back PICK UP THE DAMM PHONE LOUD!!! I’m sorry manager (Brianna) but that’s not how you’re supposed to talk to your team. Very disappointing to see that. Then to see the coworkers look at each other. Very sad to see this."

"I came in here on a Sunday night to read the codes on my car - the woman working here was very nice, professional and friendly. She allowed me to borrow their code scanner for a few minutes and then printed me a report with the error codes after. Smooth fast friendly transaction. I recommend this Autozone"
