"To whom it may Concern my name is Lisa and I visited this Ashley Stewart on three occasion My first experience I went into Ashley Stewart in Ford City Mall to pick my mother some clothing out I was really confused about the size I know I was looking for a 3X and I wanted to buy her some nice clothes. there was one black lady and a white lady I proceeded to ask about the size and the white lady says I think we don't have your size in here I really took that defensive because if im a customer coming in your store you should welcome me whether I'm a small or big I just looked at the white lady I didn't say anything i kept on shopping but Melissa I give you a five-star Melissa took a point of herself and told me the size of a 3X she was very pleasant patient and willing to help me whether I looked small or not it was her kindness it was her sweet spirit spirit that got me so that's why I'm giving you a five-star for your great customer service you took it up on yourself to make me Feel welcome.
