"Not enough cashiers!!!! This is a joke for a new store and shows how cheap Burlington is. The floor was trash everywhere and workers look overworked because there is 1 cashier. Put more people on floor and maybe you’ll have an actual working store."
"Great place for customer uncomfort. The workers would suddenly have to fix things right next to me (when I was in line too) and overall made me feel like I was stealing. Even when I checked out the cashier was looking at the security. I get that it's your job to make sure no one is stealing, but if I'm about to checkout, leave it...gosh"
"I went the day after its opening, I stood in a long line to pay, when I got to the cashier, the system stopped receiving bank cards and I couldn't bring my things because they only accepted cash. On the other hand, the security tags were not removed from the purchases of several people who were ahead of me, activating the alarms when leaving. Maybe I'll give it a second chance but in a very long time when the store has its processes better established."
