"Terrible service!! Went there twice with the same vehicle. The first time I paid to get my vehicle towed to them and explained to them that my vehicle doesn't start and it needs the starter replaced. They completely forgot my vehicle and if I hadn't call at 5pm I wouldn't have known what happen. The cashier said she went to lunch and she forgot to mention that I brought my vehicle in that's why they didn't work on it. The next day I called and they said they will look at my vehicle first thing and by 5pm again they were wrapping things up. I paid almost $2000 and after 2 months the vehicle still has the problem. I took it back today with 9am appointment and specifically said I need a new starter and an oil change. I called at 230 and they haven't done nothing to my vehicle because the mechanic doesn't think the starter is the issue and that it might be electrical or who knows what. If a customer goes in your store and asks you to do something on his vehicle your job is to render his request. My vehicle should have been done in 3 hours and now I have to wait because of their mistake again and have a hole day wasted!"
