"Boomba free shipping is USPS with signature as someone else has said. Great - except USPS either stole or mis-delivered my package and the tracking shows a fake signature. Luckily I have video showing that no delivery occurred. Boomba’s response was that’s why a signature is required and IF this is true then take it up with my local post office. Mind you the post office line is out the door for the holidays and I have to work. And the USPS lost/stolen package online form isn’t working right now. So I’m now out two hours and $300. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere."

"I got the short throw shifter kit and the shifter base bushings today and installed them. The video boomba provided was super helpful and made installation pretty easy. It only took about an hour and a half! It makes a night and day difference with the car, i should’ve done it a year ago! I just wanted to say i love the product and thank you for making it. "You just know when you are dealing with good people. I have been buying parts for almost 4 years now and the parts are always great. The customer service is very responsive and always want to help. I just bought a short throw, all the bushings for shifter inside and out and the weighted shift knob for my 2022 Hyundai Elantra N. This will complete my whole setup as I already had the transmission adapter. I can't wait to install and feel the rewards of what a real shifter is supposed to feel like. Thanks again for making my community some great quality parts. ****Edit**** I'm changing my review to a 4 star. The reason for this is I have over 500 dollars in transmission parts that I installed and the transmission adapter and short throw shifter DO NOT play well together. 2nd gear doesn't engage fully. 4th and 6th even though they engage they are very mushy feeling and there is no feeling of the engagement. Support is still responsive but only if they know how to help you. So far I have been blamed for an incorrect installation. I just want all 500 dollars of my boomba transmission parts to work like they are supposed to."

"I ordered the intake manifold spacer for a 2019 Ford Ranger, the spacer itself looked good but i've received the wrong hardware and was missing the EGR spacer. I'm out of a vehicle and they didn't even bother expediting the shipping. The same link for this spacer is shared between the focus ST/RS and there's no way to actually know whether the kit you purchased has the EGR spacer. As a first experience with this company, it will also be my last. Edit: I have been contacted to ammend my 1 star review so let me make this more concrete. I received this EGR "spacer", was completely dumfounded how it's even supposed to be used. Then after waiting an entire WEEK for it to come, I am told that it's not even required. The EGR Bracket at the rear of the EGR pipe interferes with the manifold and it does not have proper clearance to mate with the Manifold. I had to manually saw off the bracket to finally get the pipe to fit to the manifold. I truly do not believe for a moment that this product was ever test fit onto a ranger, only other vehicles with the 2.3. Next time don't beg for sympathy, how about you fix your mistakes first."
