"GIVE JAYRO A PROMOTION! Today I walked into this location not so sure what I could wear to a upcoming concert (plus size ain’t easy) I asked an employee for advice …… hence why I came to leave this review ! Usually I only leave a review if I have something bad to say but today that changed because DAMN I was in Shock. Not only did I leave this store satisfied and confident, I was IMPRESSED. Jayro is one hell of a stylist specialist . She gave me a boost of confidence about a purchase that I was ready to hang back up and walk out without buying . She even took the time out to hold it together so I could have an idea of what it would look like ! She Gave me a compliment and said you can definitely pull this off . I don’t know where you found this awesome girl but she’s amazing. Value her . Never have I had a retail associate make me feel so amazed about a clothing chain. Thank you Rainbow for hiring wonderful people like her !!!!!!!!! I will definitely recommend this location over any other location to all my friends and family just because of this experience. "I shopped today at Rainbow and when it was my turn to pay they were kind of dragging to assist me in the cashier register. The only nice people there was one of the Hispanic girls. Anyway when it was my turn to pay all the white lady said was hi and I said hi back then she just started folding the clothes she didn’t said did u find everything okay or anything like that. Then after I pay I thought she was going to say thank you but nope she did not so I just roll my eyes and walk away. I am never stepping here ever again. I rather shop at rainbow from north riverside."

"If I could give this PLACE No stars I would. Was looking for a blouse for my birthday. Had my 3 daughters with me and the clerks and security immediately began following us around as soon as we walked in the door. We wanted to test our theory before we left, so we walked around browsing some more. And sure enough, where we moved, they moved. I genuinely wanted to buy something, but to be made to feel unwanted, untrusted and uncomfortable, made me and my girls leave. I'll never go there again. You guys lost customers before we even had a chance to buy anything. That's OK. We went and bought something I loved at Rue 21. Great job Rainbow!"

"I definitely agree with some comments. The people working in this store truly lack basic customer service skills except for a nice Hispanic lady who is of great help. Advice to employees: I understand working in retail may not always be easy but at least try to be cordial and loose the random attitude when interacting with customers. Other than that, the store has a generous amount of clothing (especially for plus size woman!) which I think is great but could be better if everything was not so clustered."
