"Fantastic in every way. Under New Management, there will be new attitudes and a friendly atmosphere. I no longer shop there since the salespeople and store manager in particular were disrespectful, harsh, rude, and in need of attitude improvements. With myself, Mackenzie, and Simone, as well as the new shop manager Nicki, she was wonderful and patient. As soon as a customer entered the store, they would meet them and work with them until they were satisfied. I will keep visiting the business as long as Nicki and her fantastic staff are there."

"Since a teenager I have not liked this Ashley Stewart Due to the managers that works here. Especially the tall African American manager who looks like a wolf in the face and when you ask her a question she has an attitude or her face is frowned up. This store gives me anxiety. If you don’t like your job ummm there’s other options. I had to ask her what is wrong with your face! They pick and choose who to be nice in regards to customers. They need a class or something because the manager customer service skills are horrible not sure how she has managed to remain the manager for this long. I was not happy with my shopping experience at all."

"Absolutely wonderful. Under New Management means new attitude and a welcoming atmosphere. I stopped shopping in the store because the sale associates and especially the store manager were disrespectful, nasty , rude and in need of attitude adjustments. New store manager Nicki was great and patient with me as well as Mackenzie and Simone. They greeted all of their customers as they walk through the door and worked with them until they were happy. As long as Nicki and her outstanding team is at the store I will return."
