"If I could give 0 stars I would. Every time I speak with this office it’s nothing but headaches. Gracie is the main one to call me even though I’ve asked to speak to anybody else but her. Whenever she does call, she is rude, unprofessional and incompetent. She can never verify the account.. Ill provide my name multiple times and she’ll get frustrated then begins giving attitude as if it’s the customers fault she cannot hear or gather the correct info. I’ve asked for my receipts multiple times and she says she cannot send them out.. Her favorite line is.. “If I don’t like her service I can always hang up.” I have contacted their office manager Tina multiple times complaining of the terrible service I’ve received.. Each time she says she’ll resolve the problem however the issue is never resolved.."

"This company is committing insurance fraud. They overbilled my sons insurance 1700 for dental never provided. When my son received the check instead of them, they harrassed him abou taking it over, and threatened that they would send him to collections if he didn't give them the check. After I checked with dentist, they informed me he only only 500. MMS then instructed us to give them the check, they would mail it back and would bill for the 500. When my son went over, they told my son that they couldn't rebill insurance, that they would deposit the 1700, and send back remaining amount. I felt it was fraud and told my son to tell them no, to send back the whole check. The company then threatend my son that he would be liable for the 500 if they didn't deposit the check. I called them back and told them that this wa fraud, that they couldn't cash an insurance check without performing services, to which they said it was not fraud. I am in the process of reporting this company with the insurance and the BBB."
