Reviews
"I have been to Back in Motion numerous times. It has always been easy to get in with or without an appointment. They are very accommodating and Jody is extremely knowledgeable and skilled in his profession. The staff are remarkable as they always have a smile on. They will always be my go-to place when in need of Chiropractic care."
"Jody is a great chiropractor, always friendly and so are the staff"

"Very caring staff and the doctor takes his time listening to every concern you may have. I highly recommend!"
"Jodi and the ladies doing therapy are generally friendly and helpful. The office is always clean and nicely decorated. I believe their services make my pain temporarily more bearable. Ive had no lasting effects. My treatment is almost always the same and I wonder if its truly the most beneficial approach or just a robotic routine for chronic back pain to get people in and out. I say this because, while I am asked questions about how I've been feeling, I don't see the doc physically assessing to see what needs to be done. The patient's perspective certainly has limitations and shouldn't be relied upon as the sole source of information. He usually quickly begins the routine adjustment at my appointment and then sends me on my way. It takes about 2-3 minutes. I really think they need to slow down a bit and see a few less patients each day. I have seen them off and on over a few years time and on occasion they really got it wrong. Here are four instances... They once called to cancel my appointment on the day of the appointment because they decided they wanted to leave early for some sports game. I have a long drive to their office and didn't find out they were closed until I arrived. They never bothered to call to reschedule the appointment they canceled out of convenience either, so I didn't go back for about a year. I waited an HOUR to be seen (not in and out, JUST to get in for the adjustment). On two other occasions I waited 40 minutes. I understand sometimes that happens, but heres what upsets me about it: 1 Neither time did they give a heads up at check in or at any any point during the unusually long wait to allow me to adjust plans 2 They put other patients (not one but two) who arrived later ahead of me. Were I going to be roughly an hour late to my appointment I would absolutely do them the courtesy of letting them know. I don't think its too much to ask for that to be a two way street between patient and provider. Mutual respect goes a long way. Considering everything, three stars is the most I can rate Back in Motion and why don't they reply to reviewers whove had a less than 5 star experience at their office? I always question businesses that do this because it gives the impression criticism is unwelcome or poorly handled."
