"Chris the salesman was a no pressure guy he was very concerned that I understood everything about my truck he was a total pleasure to work with .The rest of the team where very nice they explained all my options like extended warranty and protection packages and once again there was no pressure to take advantage of options. It was my first time dealing with the dealership experience was OUTSTANDING. I would definitely recommend this Dealership. GREAT JOB GUY'S"
"Set an appointment for 3:30 and decided on a new vehicle WITHIN 90 MINUTES! Marcus did a wonderful job helping me find the right fit for my growing family. Will definitely be back next time!"
"This dealership is very nice in Kenosha. My salesperson Jessica T was very helpful and got me into the vehicle I wanted. Price was a bit higher than I had hoped in the end and I wished I would have gotten more for my trade since they listed it for sale for almost 4000 over what I got. But, all in all I am happy for my new vehicle and am excited to see how this new adventure works. If you are looking for a caring salesperson who actually communicates with you then Jessica is your gal. Thanks!"
"Theo was great in sales of our Traverse. Daniel was good in service. Had two major issues in first 50,000 miles. Have temporary fix to one issue. Had to go back in for different fix. They took new part out. They made us feel we were getting a favor for a deal on labor and part for something they did not fix with first part and they took the part back. Second issue tried getting a quote, no response. Fixed somewhere else. Poor communication as if they do not care. Even tried reaching leadership with no response. Just get your money. Highly suggest not buying a Traverse and if you do, avoid service here. I have owned a Chevy/GM my whole life. Never again. Started off thinking highly. Now, greatly disappointed."
"Bought a used Tahoe. Looked great but was sold to me as is, 3 weeks into ownership a very expensive part failed and lynch said they weren't obligated to help. Had to go back and forth for days and only saw results after I said I was getting a lawyer. I had to install the new part myself. When I picked up the part the parts department swore at me using the "F" word and tossed the box with the part at me. Afterwords the general manager instructed me not to come back with any further issues with the vehicle. After 6 weeks of ownership the engine burns oil, the transmission shifts wrong and burns fluid, the front suspension needs to be replaced and the electronics inside the truck started failing. I tried to contact one of the owners but ended up dealing with the same general manager, he again said they were not obligated to do anything and commented how the truck is used and older so there are going to be things wrong with it. Also the tires were completely dry rotted and cracked. A penny could fit in the cracks. That's how wide they were. After looking up the Kelly blue book value. It came to $3,000. Lynch sold the truck for $8,990 before all the fees that come with buying a vehicle. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!! they are a horrible place. They will find any way they can to screw you over. I had to go to another dealership and purchase another vehicle. I had to roll a substantial amount of money into the new loan. I understand this is an as is vehicle but I don't feel that this truck should have even been on the sales lot. I asked the dealer I went to if they would have put this truck on their lot and they said absolutely not. It would have gone straight to auction. Selling me a vehicle in this state of disrepair shows they have no morals and don't care. They just want to sell cars."
