"2024 January 25 12:12 p.m. Negative issues: 1. Front entrance door out of order, use opposite door. 2. Out of French fries 3. Out of many soda pop flavors 4. Dirty floors 5. Food preparation area, looks filthy 6. Food tasted undercooked on the shrimp, and the fish and chicken were bland 7. The entire building inside and out just appeared dated and not well kept 8. Food trays delivered to our table, the employee just sat them haphazardly and didn't bother to ask who got what. 9. Playing rap music over the company speakers"

"Food was hot & fresh! 20 minute wait and we were the only ones there BUT we almost walked out without our food. This location is absolutely filthy. There wasn't a clean table to sit at, floors, self serve station. Sticky and just filth covered. We would of enjoyed it a lot more with a clean atmosphere, it really doesn't even deserve 1 star as far as atmosphere. Staff was not attentive when we first arrived. Definitely happens."

"I tried this location in April 2022 when old owners had it. I waited until October 2022 to try it again under new management/owners, sadly no better I sat 8 minutes waiting to order only one car in line at the window. After I ordered I waited another 11 minutes. Service SUPER SLOW. Guy at the window seemed new. PRICES HAD GONE UP SINCE I WAS THERE 6 months ago. Prices are ridiculously over priced for what you get. I missed the crunchies that used to be in the meals. 2 orders of popcorn shrimp was a total of 11 for both 5-6 in each order. It taste like I remembered. Not impressed with new owners nothing changed got worse actually, in my book."
