Thanks to the extraordinary work that Kennedy's manager does to help her residents, my aunt received assistance to pay her back rent. The manager does not have to help residents apply for help from other relief funds programs but she takes the time to help residents, even her staff and her are overworked. Thank you Kennedy manager for your persistence in helping the community. Please do not listen to people's bad comments. You have helped many in the community to maintain a decent and safe home, keep up the good work."

"New property manager is very rude and he was cutting me off during our conversation. He was also trying to rush me off the phone because office closes at 6 but i called around 6:30 and he answered. Was asking for another manager and he said he wasnt able to give me any information about other managers. All i wanted was a first name but he said he would have his boss contact me. Very ruse and unprofessional. No wonder they change property managers every couple months. Not one of them knows how to be professional or helpful."
