"Went to the drive thru 30 minutes before closing. The employee told me they were closed for maintenance. Not likely."

"Didnt order any food. Drive through employee made it very clear she was bothered by us wanting to order something. It was 9 in the morning. We wanted lunch. They start selling lunch at 9. She tells us we have to wait 3 minutes to order lunch. So I said ok we’ll come inside and wait. She huffed very loudly and went ahead and took our lunch order. However, they were “out” of anything we wanted. I get up very early in the morning and travel for work. I do a lot of drive through eating. This specific Taco Bell I have been to a few times always terrible customer service."

"Apparently, Monday night they were running low on beef so they decided to substitute beans for everything. My Mexican pizza resembled a deep dish Chicago pizza with beans if there was any meat on there, it was buried by 1 pound of beans. I also ordered a bean burrito plus beef that was the size of a macho combo burrito from Del taco but it didn’t have any meat just the beans. I also received one hard taco no beef lots of lettuce and cheese. This is at 9 PM on Monday. I feel sorry for the two cars behind me no telling what they got."

"So the reason for this rating is the window server must have woke up on the rong side of the bed, what a sour puss. No greeting, no smile, no thank you (for stacking my food so when I try to pull out a taco, all ingredients fall into the bag and order was wrong) and no offer of hot sause. Had to ask. And NO we will not be back to this store."

"This store is absolutely ridiculous and I will never order from them again. My Mexican pizza was smashed, my chipotle, ranch grilled chicken burrito didn’t have any chipotle sauce on it, the fiesta potatoes were in a nacho bell box with no sour scream and maybe 10 potatoes in it and I didn’t get the avocado ranch I paid for either."
