"Went through the drive thru at 9pm in the evening after the dining room was closed but the drive thru was still open. The lady told me to hold on, so I waited about 5 minutes and then said hello to see if anybody was still there and the lady rudely stayed hold on I said. So I waited a few more minutes and at this time cars were lined up behind me. No one ever came back to the intercom. All the cars left. I drove to the front and saw all the workers standing around inside just talking. Unbelievable!!! They just refused to take our orders. If there was a reason they couldn’t have taken our order, then it should have been communicated. This Popeyes has a history of terrible customer service and is losing lots of business over it. It’s a shame because the food is delicious!"

"I have changed my rating based on tonight's experience 02/28/24 from a sold 3 star to a 1 star only cause zero isnt an option, the line was to the door which is not uncommon, but I watched people come in after me and while I was waiting an employee came out from the back and asked these folks what they wanted then proceeded to go make their order not knowing they weren't just looking for some free wings tonight, they were also ordering more. After the employee made their order she attempted to cut them in line in front of me so she could take their order, I advised her of the order in which we came in and proceeded to check in on a mobile order that she had no clue on how to check in, she only knows how to place orders which is likely cause she is a bagger and or back of the house employee, but wanted to help her friends out with bags of free food. She then took their order and made/boxed up their order and walked them right out the door with their order. I waited 30 minutes before realizing I had been waiting as long as I have, so I went to the counter and waited for the young man to finish taking an order that he immediately boxed and bagged and rushed to the customer that had just placed it... I watched the manager be frustrated with everything she was doing, carrying on a conversation about people's plans after work and allowing her full staff to wander about with no direction. This location should be closed, rehired, and / or retrained and reopened with a fresh staff that actually wants to work and / or lead a team. I have also attached o photo of the sad looking wings that I ordered with no sauce, and they let me keep while they made my correct order."

"The customer service was horrible, I sat at the speaker for 20 min before I was even greeted. When I did get to the second window the kid at the window didn’t know what my drinks were he said he delete my order from the screen as there were too many orders on his screen. When I did get my food the sauce for the honey bbq was just thrown on the chicken the chicken was old tasted like reheated wings and the blackened chicken is over fried it’s like chewing rubber. The worse part is I just waiting in the drive thru line for a hour waiting on a online order. And still didn’t get any sauce I asked for. Will not be eating here anymore."

"Absolutely the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to, obliviously there is no manager , place is like something from a bad movie. Took over a hour to get cold food and watch the worthless staff move so slowly it seemed like it was intentional . We used to go to Popeyes a lot but this will for sure be the last time ."

"The chicken sandwiches were a lot smaller compared to the ones in Texas, and one of the customers seemed like they were on some drugs. Me and my family didn’t feel comfortable, so we had to be quick to eat our food and leave. The image below is an example of the suspicious customer."
