"Corey (Cory?) is a very helpful and smart individual. We spoke on the phone a few times for a serpentine belt kit. When I came in store for something unrelated on a different day, Corey remembered who I was and even updated me on the status of the belt kit shipment without even asking. Unfortunately, it has been over 10 days since I was told the kit would be there. Kit still has not arrived. The store associates are very helpful and professional. If i could rate Corey, he earned the 5 stars."
