Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Ordered online and got there as they just opened. Floors and tables were filthy from the night before. Steak inside burrito was burned. You would think a new restaurant would be on top of the cleanliness and food quality. I guess not."

"The workers were rude and the place was filthy. When I asked for double protein the girl rolled her eyes at me and didn't give me double protein. When she grabbed our barbacoa out of the container it was very wet and she dripped it through all of the other meats. I asked for extra peppers and onions and she barely gave me any at all. The peppers and onions weren't cooked. They were still so raw that they were crunchy and cold. Our barbacoa was cold. There was sour cream all over the make table and trash cans were full. When I got to the end of the line and requested cheese I noticed bits of other food dropped into the cheese. The employee that was checking us out at the cash register kept digging in her nose and wiping her face. I could go on and on. When we got home with our chips they had been fried in bad grease. They had a bitter taste and some had visible black specks on them. We grabbed different chips that we thankfully had in our pantry thinking we could finish the guacamole. Our guacamole container was almost completely taken up by an entire half of an avocado skin. I don't know where management is but it's evident that they aren't in this establishment....everything was gross."

"My first ever Chipotle experience!!! Food was good, however, I paid for not just my food but the people before me. The clerk was young and nervous at the register. Yes they just opened but damn... The manager fixed it by giving me cash and having the people ahead come back and pay. Was a bit weird to say the least..."

"Ordered a chicken kids meal online and received no chicken. You cannot contact the store because it has automated system. The order was never made right. Workers apparently need to go to school to read because it’s displayed on the sticker and on the screen when making food. Also there was very few cars there, so they were not in a rush."

"Very excited to see Chipotle come to Marion. Food is exquisite and like no other in town! You can create your own dish depending on how many calories you want - diet friendly! The meat is prepared with amazing spices. Everything is top notch fresh. You have to do yourself a favor and check out this place. Guaranteed if you like American Mexican dish you'll be impressed.
