"I have an account with them under lost souls and go there often and I went to trade in brake pads under the warranty and they refused to trade them in. It’s their policy yet I could not do anything even with my receipt and everything. I’ve been coming to this location for years and buy all the parts for all my cars here. Looks like it’s time to find a new spot. The customer service at this facility is getting worse but to not follow your own policies is crazy! Don’t go here"
"Josef is a Fabulous Human Being! From broken down on the highway, he confirmed the needed parts were in stock. Also provided a reminder that the clamps may be the difficult style as far as the tool for removal, and some traditional worm gear clamps to replace them. He had checked the capacity and he made that horrific breakdown experience boil down to an inconvenience. Had it honestly not been for him, his knowledge and demeanor, it really would have been a long broken down holiday weekend. So thank you again Sir, sometime soon I'll get back there with a pizza of your choice! And hopefully the bosses will get you a well deserved raise! Thanks man, you saved my day!"
