"Didn’t know having a January birthday was punishment but apparently if anyone tries to purchase a birthday gift for you before the holidays instead of waiting until after when there is nothing left in stock you have minimal time to exchange or return it. Macys is going down the tubes and hopefully will close in due time. And the “manager” at this location will be in the unemployment line with her stellar power trip."

"The girls at the MAC counter were rude, and it seems like Macy's doesn't want to do business. They judged me by my race. I've been a Macy's customer for the past 18 years and never had such a bad experience. Both employees at the MAC counter were talking to each other; when I asked for help finding a MAC lipstick shade, the older lady said, "How can we find it?" When I asked the girl if she could help me find something similar, she simply refused. And lady at Armani perfume counter who claim she is a manager of skin care didn’t cared when I shared my experience."

"The men's department looks like a flea market of overpriced unsold eurotrash clothing from 2005 era. Everything is a disorganized mess. Jackets thrown on the floor, Socks tossed everywhere, employees not keeping the departments up (I blame the management) The employees were very unfriendly, no one smiling. None of them could be bothered. Their prices on small kitchen appliances are about 10-20% more than other stores, Their bedding department is a joke, not much of a selection. Mostly granny looking bedspreads and sheets lol. The store itself is rundown. Broken floor tiles, dirty old carpeting, broken fixtures, urine smell, etc. This place definitely needs a renovation or they should just tear it down. I've seen Kmarts in better shape than this store. Would I shop here? Based on the employees terrible attitudes and the quality & selection of their merchandise, Nope."
