"I stopped in for a few items and I saw a jacket/coat that I really liked, unfortunately the store was out of 2X. I approached Nancy and asked her if there were any more in the back. Nancy immediately checked her inventory, but didn't show any available. Nancy then checked the sister stores and with help from Ann Marie (Store Mgr) she was able to locate a couple coats near by. Nancy called the store in Hodgkins IL to verify availability. I asked Nancy if the store could hold the coat for me, she then requested the store to hold the coat and asked the associate again if it was a 2X. Nancy is a awesome!"

"When I was going to pay I realized that the line went around halfway to the store, they had very few cashiers; So I headed to the returns department where there was not a single customer waiting. The employee did charge me, but she was very angry and gave me an attitude and when I told her that I didn't have my Kohl's credit card with me, and that I would show her my ID, she was very angry and replied that that's why she didn't like charging for people like I! "Was a great experience customer service woman was fantastic help me out with my expired Kohl's cash. Very friendly staff they should be paid more. I saw many staff members running around the store and dealing with multiple issues. Kohl's management does not put enough people on the floor it's amazing within the past few years how diminished the amount of employees are in the stores. Corporate CEO makes sick money and the people working the floor make next to nothing and then they pushed these credit cards on people way too much. I've even seen them push it on employees I hate to say it. But the experience you'll get shopping in this Kohl's is a good one all things desire clean bright wallet organized and friendly staff."
