"Don't know why i torture myself, every time they mess up the order. Then when you call them on it they get mad at you, like i put the wrong items in the bag. UPDATE....NO STARS...... WOULD BE PREFERRED....THEY CAN'T GET AN ORDER RIGHT IF THERE LIFE DEPENDED ON IT. THE WORST IN THE AREA. AND MANAGEMENT DOESN'T CARE. CORPORATE SHOULD TAKE AWAY THE FRANCHISE OF THIS PLACE. 2/21/24...."

"The manager that attended me was leonel. I was just at this McDonalds literally 15 min ago...,.. I placed a mobile order upon arrival I gave them the code and they said they are not accepting mobile orders and I told them well I placed a mobile order I have a code my card was charged and they said if order not marked picked up they will refund me . it was pouring rain so I pulled to the window and the manager told me do you not know what the system down is ? And I said yes but that's not my fault system is down you should still be able to honor the 20 percent discount that I was going to be able to receive through mobile order if ur the manager . I've worked through McDonald's ohare before And never have I told a customer do you not know what system down means if anything I try to accommodate and make customer happy that's what customer service is and on top of that the women in the window told me if we told you the system is down I don't understand what are you fighting. I'm fighting that yes I under your system is down. It's not your fault. It's not my fault, but no need to be rude, saying I don't understand what the system is down mean and saying what I'm fighting for . In the beginning they just told me they weren't receiving mobile orders so then I said okay il take my receipt and pay cash then when I got to the window they gave me my food and said we can't give u a receipt and I said why they said the system down . And I said you said your not accepting mobile orders they didn't tell me system is down until I went to pay and ask for receipt"

"The employees here today were not nice at all! I ordered a spicy mc crispy and it tasted like laundry detergent and it smelled like nail polish. I asked for bbq and for sweet n sour sauce but they gave me sweet n sour sauce and ranch? When I asked for bbq they gave me a other sweet n sour sauce."

"I ordered a medium iced caramel macchiato and for some reason it has chocolate all over it, not caramel!"

"IM SO MAD!! first, no words, just hands me the wrong order. Next, they hand me a hot fudge sundae that was not closed!!!!! Spilled hot fudge all over the inside AND outside of my car AND on me! Burned my thighs and ruined my pants!!!! I had to TELL the guy at the window to take it as he just watched it happen and he did not say anything!! He did not offer to get me a new one or give me napkins to clean up. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE. ARE YALL GONNA PAY FOR ME TO GET MY CAR CLEANED?? Please LET ME KNOW! Going to have to contact corporate about this!!! Don’t go here unless you want your day ruined!!"
