"Waited almost 20 mins for my order (was eating inside and waiting for someone to bring my food, I grabbed the number and placed it on the tablet), went to the cashier to check on my order and found it just laying at the pick up desk. They forgot to serve fries and sauces. Waited another 5 mins for my fries. Def net the best experience"

"Horrible. horrible customer service. They refused to give me my order claiming it didn’t “exist”. Then i asked for a refund and even then they refused. They gave attitude to my father and i, i am highly disappointed with this service, i have never had this issue at any Mcdonald’s before."

"My recent McDonald's experience left much to be desired. The 2 McRib sandwiches lacked flavor and had minimal BBQ sauce, while the accompanying fries were disappointingly cold. The total cost of $18.89 for these low-quality items and a bottle of water felt unjustified. Unfortunately, this has led me to decide that today will be my last day as a McDonald's customer."

"The ice cream machine didn't work, no suprise there. I ordered 2 mc chickens and they were so tough to eat that I thought I was gonna break a tooth. The fries and the coke were ok tho. i had placed my order on the kiosk and it didn't give me a receipt. The people at the counter kept walking past but not saying anything. Waited about 10 minutes to be helped and then another 15 for the food. Never going to that one again"

"Horrible experience today 4/17 11:35 am. I purchase 2 hot and spicy mc chicken and in one of them I found a small dirty piece of an end of a towel. I couldn’t go back because I was on my way to work but this completely grossed me out. Never again Harlem and addison."
