Third Edition Apartments

"Very bad place, a complete joke. We were fortunate enough to be accepted to the program but literally day- 1 has been nothing but trouble. We were charged for damage to the apartment, that was done and fixed before we ever moved in, vouched by the very maintenance man that did the work. The 'monthly' walk-throughs/pest control sprays get delayed to about every 4 months, maybe you'll see them, and notices every month they're coming but they never show. Live here with my wife, im a stay at home parent and she got a new, better job 2 months into living here. It only took us a month to get our information to the manager, and it took her almost 3 more months to file the information, by which time we owed and were being charged for 4 months of back rent, totally to 1000$, which 2 weeks later they changed and spread out to our remaining months rent, making it 1000$/m!! Cant pick up more work, or itll be higher. And just recently, only just 1 month before the deadline for community service, my wife was JUST informed this whole time she also needed to be doing it, and with her 40hour/w job. This is the first time we've ever been able to rent, and was only able to do so with the program, but because if the direct interference and negligence of the property manager, Diane Kelly, we are most likely going to have our credit and livelihoods ruined. Incredibly rude, ill-mannered, and is never able to provide necessary information unless its to cover her own butt. Just like now, wanting my wife to sign paperwork dated for the beginning of our lease to make it look it we were responsible for the lack of hours. So thank you, in making us still pay the same inflated prices of much, MUCH nicer apartments around town while simultaneously handicapping us with last minute community service threats, due to the fact it takes Diane 3 months to do ANYTHING."
