The pizza's crust offers a delightful snap, providing excellent value for your money. While my experience is limited to their pizza, I can't speak to other items on the menu. Considering the fast-paced lifestyle of the city, the wait time at Naty's Pizza may be longer than some are accustomed to. However, for those willing to plan ahead and endure a wait, the quality of the pizza makes it a recommended choice. It's important to note that customer service at Naty's Pizza can be hit or miss, depending on the individual handling your order and their mood on that particular day. For pickup orders, my wait time typically ranged from 45 minutes to an hour, and for delivery, it usually took between an hour and an hour and 30 minutes. Naty's Pizza doesn't utilize any delivery apps, so ordering can be done exclusively by calling in or visiting the location. In conclusion, Naty's Pizza stands out for its exceptional Chicago pizza, and despite potential challenges like limited parking and varying customer service experiences, the quality of the food makes it a worthwhile destination for pizza aficionados."

"The male that is taking orders does not pay attention to what people are ordering over the phone. I asked for a Large Pizza half jalapeños & half cheese, i waited 1 hour and 25 mins for them to deliver the wrong pizza? Got a small delivered pizza with pepperoni & jalapeños & half cheese. Came back to check on pizza like if we were lying, I’d expect by now to have my original pizza delivered, but some dude came to see the pizza such a stupid idea of the management and delivery team. Customers always come first prior to customers service experience i have, stuff like this makes people not want to order from places again. I’d expect a sorry or a “keep the mistaken pizza and we will deliver the right one” but none of those ideas ran across their minds…"

"I have ordered from this location since I was 13years old I am now 29 and still love this pizza. It brings back childhood memories and to my opinion they have really good pizza. I have tried different pizza places and most of them have pizza that are mostly dried or don’t have fresh ingredients. I am a pizza lover so to me this is one of my favorites. I don’t mind paying for quality pizza and for those complaining about the prices I would recommend little Cesars. You get what you pay for."
