"Jim is very kind and respectful, as well as the young man making my drink. I ordered the vanilla bean Nutella which had a great chocolatey taste and hit the spot which satisfied my sweet tooth. I ordered inside the store, which I'm very glad I did as the store was very aesthetically pleasing. The stores location was amazing as it was right next to the mall, as well as many other shops such as Urban Air, Best Buy and many many fast food restaurants which is very ideal. The store was easily accessible with many open parking space. Boba Heaven has undoubtedly earned its name in my book, and I can't wait to return to explore more of their delightful offerings like the Oreo pancakes, or maybe even something fruity like the Fruit waffle or Mango freeze. If you're a Boba enthusiast, this is a must-visit spot for an authentic and heavenly Boba experience! 10/10 must try again!!!"

"Very friendly service from Jim. He has outstanding customer service skills. I had the passion fruit tea and it was delicious. They make fresh baked chocolate chip cookies as well with other pastries available. I highly recommend. You will not be disappointed. Most importantly: The shop was VERY CLEAN which is definitely something most companies lack. I was very pleased to see how clean and organized everything was."

"Drinks are great! My daughter and I were very pleased. My favorite was definitely the taro freeze and the tapioca was perfect, it’s always hard finding a shop with good tapioca. Also, the mini pancakes are sooooo good. It’s a pretty large portion feeds 2, you can definitely share. Will be coming back, this place is new to the area and the workers are definitely trying their best. I’m a fan thanks Boba Heaven!"
