"I have mixed thoughts about this location. On the one hand, food is good, service is friendly and fast, but the place is always, and I mean ALWAYS filthy! It just gets worse every time. I used to come in a few times a week between 7 and 8 AM, but now I go less often because there is never even a clean table first thing in the morning. Doesn't anyone ever clean? At the very least you'd expect someone to clean at closing time so the place opens nice and pretty. The window sills look like they've never been wiped clean. Crumbs on every table and chair. Look under the bakery case near the counters at the registers, piles of debris and trash underneath. The coffee and condiments area is somewhat cleared off in front of everything, but it's obvious no one moves a single bottle or container to the side when 'cleaning' because there is dirt and coffee grinds all over the back and around everything. The trash receptacle is filthy, everything is dirty, dirty, dirty. The most upsetting thing is the fact that these observations are only where the public can see. It makes you wonder what the kitchen must look like! If you aren't going to clean what the guest can see, you certainly aren't going to clean where they don't! I don't know if I feel comfortable going here anymore."

"This location is the worst. Super small positions, salad dressing tasted odd, like spoiled, chicken no seasoning, pasta had lots of oil and the fruit tart was soggy and tasted old. Someone needs to take responsibility of this location and make improvements and fast."

"First time dining at a la Madeleine. It was just okay as far as food goes. I ordered half a sandwich and fruit salad as the side. The sandwich was good except it had barely any meat on it. The fruit was not good. It’s sad enough that they used only melon (cheapest fruit) but the melon was not fresh it was the hard cuts of it that should always be thrown out. Service was fine, but sadly not very friendly for holiday service (Thanksgiving). We used the receipt to get a free dessert and I will say that the coconut cream cake was delicious! Stick to the baked goods and desserts with this place probably!"

"We loved our visit here! My first time visiting the establishment, which did not disappoint. The staff went over and beyond to ensure we had all we needed for our "Beauty and Brunch" meeting with Mary Kay. We reserved their meeting space, and it met our needs. It was separated from the rest of the restaurant with a glass door, but we could not hear outside noise. The food was fresh and the managers, Sheree and Kelly, made us feel valued as guests and customers! Will definitely be back! Keep in mind that the restaurant is smaller than other locations, and during their rush hour, you may experience a delay in ordering and receiving food, but we did not mind as the service was exceptional."
