"Leaving a review does not do it justice. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Their appliances do NOT work!! They say they have warranty and if there is a problem they come to fix it. THAT IS A LIE! We reported a problem and they did not want to come fix it. Then we took our appliance back to their shop because they have “technicians” there and they offered to deliver it back to our house for free. They upcharged for the delivery that they promised was supposed to be free. They also did not bring the stove inside the building. They lied about having to leave for other deliveries. The guy made the woman carry the stove to the front door by herself. On top of all of this, texting and calling them do not work. They never answer their phones. It took me weeks before someone answered. Do not trust these people. They are a horrible business!"

"Run, don't walk, run from this business do not trust them! We bought a "refurbished" washing machine, it was not. I was recommended this business by someone I trust so gave them the benefit of the doubt. There was what looked like mold inside washer at the front loading door but was told by Winduri that if we ran bleech through machine it would clean it and eliminate odor. No it didn't...water pooled in that spot and according to manufacturer it's supposed to drain. Texted Winduri twice and called, my call was directed to voice mail. Appliance supposedly came with a 30 day warranty, save your hard earned money, if J&W makes this right I will update this review and say so. If J&W (Winduri) decides that they don't care and do not make this right my next steps are to contact BBB, post negative reviews in Yelp and any other social media I can find. By the way, person giving five stars is person who runs this business"

"horrible service bought a stove and within 30 days the oven dosent work tried to exchange it. Didnt get an exchance and where charging me to get it fixed smh. Cucarrachas de la iglesia"
