"Everyone was so helpful here. I purchased a dryer and they helped load. When I hooked it up I smelled gas which ended up being my error. They came out to exchange, but the gentleman looked at the dryer and saw the issue right away and fixed it. I asked how much I owed him and he said nothing. They are truly honest people and will purchase from them moving forward."
"I gave 1 star because I couldn’t do the review with no stars. Bought a washer in December. It had a 30 day warranty. It had screws in it but I didn’t pay it no mind. Come to find out those screws was holding a plastic piece that had been glued to the washer. I opened the lid the plastic piece that was glued and screwed to the washer fell and caught on fire. I called and was told I had to pay $80 for a repair which is half of what I paid for the washing machine. Attached pics of the piece that fell out and another pic of it after it caught fire. I would never buy a used appliance from here. If I wasn’t in the basement there is not telling what that fire could have done to my house once that plastic caught fire"
"I do not recommend this place. I called to schedule an appointment on Thursday for the following Monday and they gave me a window time of 10am-2pm and no one showed up. I had to call 3xs just to be told that they wouldn’t be coming on Monday but will come on Tuesday. When Tuesday comes I call to confirm that someone was coming and they said yes. Then I get a call 5 mins before to let me know someone was coming and I told them let me see if someone is there but they can still go to my home and no one showed up again. I would not recommend at all."
"Bought a fridge to store more frozen meat, when i went in the younger gentleman sold me on the 1 year warranty that comes with buying from them since its used. 3 months later and the freezer stopped working. I call the store and was told the warranty was only for 30 days and i would have to pay to have it fixed. Won't buy here again."
"I bought a washing machine from them and it was in great condition. They Installed it and made sure it was working properly before they left. Very good service. I previously had a dryer already, but I was able to call for service for my dryer under a great price. Will highly recommend their services."
