"Expensive and it's very popular with the younger crowd. The place is very busy, especially during the weekend and holiday time. Parking is horrible as its located downtown Naperville. The quality of their products though are somewhat good. The leggings are soft and feel good to the skin. The staff are friendly, but some of the younger employees are just goofing around the back while the store was very busy ( none of my business but just want to point it out). Avoid going to this place on a weekend unless you don't mind the long line."

"Fabulous experience!! The 2 sales ladies on the floor were very kind and extremely helpful! The cashier, I want to say her name is Victoria. She’s also a school teacher, but talk about ABOVE AND BEYOND!! She was absolutely amazing and made my entire day! I will definitely head to this particular store again for all my grand daughter’s lululemon needs!"

"Very poor customer service… the younger employees are SUPER nice & helpful. The older woman there give a lot of attitude & are very rude. Doesn’t seem like they want to help. This location is super close to me so I go all the time. This one older woman though with the glasses has helped me a couple times with alterations or transactions & has always been snobby towards me. I try to avoid her sometimes when I go cause she doesn’t seem like she wants to help me. I’ve worked & owned retail stores/ restaurants & I’ve never given service in this way, so it is disappointing. Love the merchandise though!!"

"At first it wasn’t for me until I tried the align tank. My teen lives in Lululemon. I love the clothes but not the prices. I definitely like the scuba hoody and align tanks I am not a fan of spending so much on leggings or even accessories. I will say that the staff at the store in Naperville are absolute amazing and kind and I appreciate them always giving her a new bag."
