"Haiii I don’t normally write a bad review but today I went in to buy a drink and some ice cream. It comes to the checking me out so I can go when he throws the receipt in MY FACE and on top of that the smoothie he made me was so sour and salty it tasted expired and when I tried to give Them a call to see if I could get a refund or have my drink remade they hung up on me. Truly I am disappointed at the service and food I was given."

"It s one of the best and cleanest. It would have gotten a better rating if they had more doughnuts. I was very surprised that at midday? They had the smallest selection. Dunk8n? Made a huge mistake when they stopped making doughnuts in-store. When they got made in-store? If they ran out early? They could always make more. Now? When they r out? They r just OUT. And not all DND's have that super fresh coffee anymore either. Some? Just keep serving rhe old. Not this one. Fresh. All day. Thank goodness. The one on Dixie? In Homewood? Avoid it!! I couldn't beleive they served me old as heck coffee at 10 a.m. offensive! And? The counter girl was beyond rude. Good service? Super fresh coffee? Yes. Here. But? If u want that blueberry crumble? Or the Boston Cream? Go early."

"I came here twice this week. The first time was okay got my order, said it once and it was quick. The second time, Friday morning around 5:30am, the person taking the order must be hard of hearing. I repeated the order three times. When I finally got to the window the lady tried handing me the coffee saying large hot with skim milk. I told her and repeated my order 3 more times, this time in person. Large hot with 10 milk and 3 strawberry frosted donuts. She kept saying skim milk and 1 chocolate donut. Charged me, looked at the coffee then handed me the same coffee with the dumbest look on her face. I didn't feel like arguing. Threw out the coffee and donuts. Thanks."

"If you order ahead, only order beverages. Food is almost never ready for pickup doesn't matter whether it's busy or not. I usually wait at least 5 minutes, after placing an on the go order, to even enter this location to pickup my order. Waited over 15 minutes for hash browns for an on the go order today."

"“Don’t be smart with a customer” I ordered my coffee with One skim milk one French vanilla and the lady you don’t understand and I told her to again repeat the order and see told me don’t be rude I wasn’t rude that the time. when I went at the window she give me the wrong coffee and when I told her this is the wrong then she just turn around and give me the same coffee I don’t want to argue with her because I was tired with my last night work and still I’m going to work I know my coffee I know my coffee look and taste. Don’t be a!!!!! Look pic it’s wasn’t 1 skim milk. The reason we go dunkin for same taste !!! Dunkin franchise need to take some action other they are losing customers!!!"
