"Let me start this review off by saying Gisele the young lady who takes the orders & hands you them at the drive-through is absolutely amazing ! She's always going above & beyond for her customers , Very sweet lady ! I use to dislike this location for a very long time due to their staff & them not getting their coffee right but Gisele makes sure you get every item correct. It's very pleasant to hear Gisele when she takes my order because i know it's going to be CORRECT! Thank you again Gisele we appreciate you so much ."

"Terrible Starbucks location!!! I ordered a Venti dragonfruit drink and just because I ordered without ice I was given a less than half empty drink. UNACCEPTABLE! Will not return here."

"This is the WORST Starbucks there could be. I stopped coming here even though it’s the closest to my house. The only times I come is for emergency stops. The wait is usually 25 minutes PLUS even after ordering ONLINE. What’s the point of offering that service when the employees can’t keep up and delay everything. They should either HIRE more workers or disable the online ordering because it is a disservice to this store."

"This Starbucks takes forever to get you your order. I don’t understand how there are 6 people behind the register and I am waiting 15-20 minutes. I waited in the drive through for 15 minutes, but proceeded to go inside since cars were not moving (there were 6 cars ahead of me) hoping I can get seen faster however it was another 15 minute wait inside. I know I’m not the only one that works and has things to do and likes to get a morning coffee before starting their day, please hire efficient people. You’re probably better off ordering online for pick up."

"By far the worst Starbucks we’ve ever been to!! The wait is usually 20mins + and by the time you get your drink/drink’s they’re watered down and disgusting! If it were up to me I’d never ever spend another $1 at this location, but my daughters don’t learn there lesson and it’s the closest one to us so it’s pretty much a daily disappointment. Most of the employees are horrible (Not all of them) they don’t greet you, they don’t smile and they have attitude!!"
