"Had a $0.99 coupon ordered a large ice coffee with no ice. Went up to window they tell me its $1.85. I said no it should be $1.10 the woman started arguing with me before she blurted out I have to charge you $0.75 more for no ice.. I left. No othe DD that I have gone to does this"

"Each time i come here it never disappoints. It's a bit further but to have delicious, and made right coffee the drive is worth it. The staff is very friendly. I recommend this dunkin over the others"

"Everytime I place a mobile order and pick it up at this location, I hear the staff complaining about my order at the window. This has happened 3 times in a row now. They seem to have a problem with an order being placed and then picked up right away. I guess they want everyone ordering online while they're driving or, as I heard one guy say, order it before I leave my house. I guess he doesn't like his food fresh."

"I am usually very specific on the coffee that I like. Are usually order a unsweetened hot French vanilla coffee with milk only. Unfortunately about eight out of 10 times when I come to Dunkin’ Donuts. They get my order wrong. Not sure why it’s so complicated. But this location always gets it. Perfect. Thank you so much."

"Terrible Management, they forgot my coffee a week ago, I ordered the same cup of coffee every time I’m there, and when I mentioned it to the manager and staff, there was zero remorse, responsibility, or a good business sense. Only response I got was whether I “called the store” to report a missing coffee, the store number that never answers. Can’t support this Dunkin moving forward."
