"Two days ago I received an automated voicemail informing me my prescription was ready. I drove to this location today, only to wait in the car line for 19 minutes. When I finally got up to the window, I was informed that my prescription was NOT ready, and that they had "no idea why I got a call." I told the pharmacists I had been waiting in line for so long and asked if there was anything she could do to fill the prescription on the spot, and I was told they were short staffed and I would have to come back in an hour. I can understand how being short-staffed can throw things off, but if Walgreens is going to notify customers of prescriptions through an automated system, they need to ensure the system works properly. This particular issue of receiving a call notifying me the prescription was ready, only to drive there and be told it wasn't has happened multiple times. However, today was the first day I waited in line for so long due to staffing issues."

"This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They never have any of the main antibiotics in stock and we have to wait multiple days if not a week and when I say they never have it I mean out of the 8+ times we've been there to get children's medication they have NEVER had it in stock!!!! This is a pathetic excuse for a pharmacy."

"I don’t recommend this location. Multiple times I have waited patiently in the pharmacy line for so long, even when staffing is seen to be adequate. My last straw was today when I was in line behind a father waiting for scripts to be mixed by the only technician visible at the time. There was another lady behind the counter talking to someone hiding behind the main shelf. I assumed she must of been a manger talking to an employee, as another tech appeared once she was done talking. That tech went to go fill scripts. She did not greet me, or mention anything about sorry for the wait, and went to grab scripts to sort away, so I assumed that maybe they couldn’t ring people up. However, a family came after and sat behind me, while I’ve now been in line for a moment. The same lady behind the counter, stops sorting and grabs a script and calls that family up to her to ring out. Not once did she say sorry let me get them first, or sorry for your wait but it be another moment. I put down my other purchases and walked away, and I could hear her mouthing that was rude for leaving my product there, but obviously you don’t care for my business because you ignored me the whole time. I will not be going back. I was the only person in line, no one in the drive through, and the technician didn’t finish with the father till after she called the family up, and that same tech left and also didn’t acknowledge me either. HELLO?! I wasn’t about to Karen and be like hello? which is why I left, especially since I was waiting for a few minutes at that point."

"Just switched to this pharmacy & had two prescriptions sent here. I received a call that one was ready, but not the other. With that being said, I proceeded to call the pharmacy to see what was going on. After holding for twenty minutes for the pharmacy, a different department picked up my call and had to transfer back to the pharmacy. The pharmacist that answered the phone was EXTREMELY arrogant and acted as if I was wasting her time. She proceeded to question why I was calling her with quite a bit of attitude. I definitely do NOT recommend this Walgreens location to anyone."
