"I purchased an item at other location 2 days ago. This was an open box item (led light) Today I tried to install it and light was not working properly, it was blinking after few minutes being on. Customer service here did not want to replace, give credit or to do anything with this light because they said it’s sold as is. You should not be able to resell something that is not working and just say it’s sold as is and god luck. I am very disappointed at this …"

"I've never seen a Menards with two easily accessible floors. And a cart escalator. Must see tourist attraction for the Midwest."

"Unacceptable!!! My son worked at this store for quite sometime as a part-time worker but at times picked up shifts working 40hrs at times, mind you he was attending college at the same time. And they decided to terminate him because on his day off they had a mandatory meeting which he did NOT know about it because he was off. They terminated him for not being there at that night meeting. He's a young great man who is doing things right by going to school and working and he's expecting a child in a few months. He was looking forward to gaining a hire position. Showed them everyday by not being late, taking on more shifts, respectful and reliable...and they instead terminate him!!! The manager that made that decision needs a life check!! Never shopping there again; nor is any of my family or friends!!!"

"Menards has all the necessary things we need as always. Lots of people really love shopping here because of the quality of the items. Everything they have is great, such as tools, lumber, tiles, fences, paints, lawn care, wood, and others. This place also offers some groceries, health and beauty products, etc. Menards always had the exact items you needed. Such a helpful and amazing store. Their employees are helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. All of them really know how to talk to customers in a very professional way. They are also willing to guide the customers around the place. Such great customer service! Absolutely love Menards! Great place to shop, purchase bulky items, and also a place where you can find some hard-to-find things here in this area. Everything has good and fair pricing. Buying multiple items at this place won’t break your pockets because here at Menards, items are very affordable and fair. "Much improved over the past year. Old review...Well, after multiple experiences where there are no employees to be found and/or store inventory does not match what's online, it's down to two stars. Is there a point when a store is too large? It's next to impossible to be in and out unless what you want is on the main floor and close to the doors. There's a massive selection, but the trade off if feeling like you need GPS. The garden center is OK - not a lot of variety, plus there's no longer a separate check-out for it - you have to lug your stuff into the store. The employees are always helpful and go out of their way to help you find stuff. Since the store is so large, if you expect every employee to know where everything is - or sometimes even close - forget it."
