McDonald's Melrose Park-O’Keefe Family Restaurants

"It's other couples that they're serving and bringing them their food, I ask for the same service at the kiosk that you pay for your food at. This is the second time I was never served. I don't have a problem getting my food but if you providing service to others, I would think you should do as well with me. I come to this one because the ones around my house it's a lot of negativity that goes on in those places but, I see I will have to just deal with it because it's the same negativity that's going on here only difference is it's with the staff."
