"Food was good - highly recommend the pancakes. Nice portions...I couldn't eat it all. Our waitress was great. She was on point, attentive, & engaging. First time here and glad I saw it. We were on our way to a chain breakfast spot and I saw this place and wanted to give it a try."

"2/17/24 : me and the wife came back. Disappointed again. I dont want any free food or coupons or anything. I'd just rather stay away. In fact I'm writing this review from my booth because I have left yet. This time my wife ordered country fried steak without gravy because she doesn't eat pork. It came with gravy. No big deal, we smiled and they said they'll fix it. No biggie. They brought the country fried steak back, flipped over and the gravy scrapped off. My wife didn't want to make any further problems so she just took the breading off and ate the steak. I won't be back here. The lack of respect and communication is too much. The operations team is wonderful but the cook and/or the waitress who tried to deceive us were not professional. If my wife had an allergy something in the gravy she would have gotten sick or went into anaphylactic shock. Please be respectful and just prepare another order. Every time I come here i want to change my opinion of this place. So the first time we came here i loved it. Chicken and waffles were amazing. The second time i had an underwhelming chicken wrap. The 3rd time, i tried the chicken and waffles again, but they were out of wings, so they offered chicken strips. Passed. I ordered the pancakes and whatnot, and everything was pretty good but i was disappointed about the lack of wings. Every time the experience and service has been good. No problems with the staff or parking. Great place to just come get some food and relax for a minute. Please help me to improve my review, i really want to like this place. UPDATE: Upon revisiting.. the food has indeed improved. The hit mocha latte was delicious, the chicken and waffles were great. I'm glad I gave this place another shot. The operations team at Mr. Stacks deserve a shout out as well. They listen to the concerns of the consumer and work accordingly to make the next experience a better one. Thanks for the food and the experience."

"I ordered the stacks Philly steak skillet. It was ok. This restaurant is Hispanic owned. I ordered out so I can’t say how the service is but the person who took my order was nice. Now the food wasn’t seasoned. The meat was not good. The vegetables were not cooked. I ordered a large juice which nowadays means small or medium so I paid 4 for a small/medium juice. The pancakes were included and they were ok . Overall I spent $22 and food was just ok but not worth the money spent."

"First time here with the family. Clean, nice atmosphere, good portions, good food and service. Kids loved their specialty Pancakes, which were huge! (cookies & cream pancake , and cupcake pancake.) Hubby & I had the avocado bacon omelette and I had the carrot, orange and ginger drink. I did think the juice should’ve been bigger since it was $6. But overall good experience and will be back per kids request."
