"Kind of high priced for the quality. Food service and atmosphere are Just fair at best. Their are better choices in the neighborhood. Like the plush horse in Palos park Or American bagel in Palos heights."

"Stay in your car if you want to be served because they will ignore you until the cars are served! Good thing is the dress code is very relaxed as a young lady looked like she rolled out of bed wearing pajama pants and a bonnet."

"It seems my coffee order is really complicated for the drive thru to understand. Hot coffee, cream and sugar. Today they almost gave me an iced coffee. Then I got my hot coffee and there was no cream or sugar. That's not the first time they got it wrong. To add to the bad experience they were out of all bagels and I received like $3 in change cause they ran out of singles. As I was sitting there waiting for my change another employee walked past the drive thru girl and said I want to go home. She had to say it loudly cause they had their music pretty loud in the background. No wonder she got my order wrong."

"I really hate going to this Dunkin. Was my second time going here in the morning, the worker in the drive-thru speaker is just so rude. On top of that, waited fifteen minutes for a medium hot black coffee. I wanted to go inside at first so I wouldn't wait so long but the doors were LOCKED, how is that allowed? This was at 8:00 in the morning too.. How is this place still running?"

"Don't know what happened but service has been steadily going downhill over the last 6 months. I have steadily ordered online since they opened. The older woman who works in the back "cooking" the selections is great. The window staff in the morning have been lazy. Long lines. I placed an order online and when I get to the window after giving my name at the speaker I get asked "you had the online order? What did you order". They know I ordered by my name why can't they just look at the slip? Then at times after 6:00pm they run out of donuts! How? That's what you sell!"
