"This Location Right Here Is Okay. The Food Is Fresh, As Well As The Other Food Items. For Some Reason They Always Seem To Forget Something Though. Today They Forgot To Provide A Straw With My Order. Last Time I Ordered Bacon With My Whopper And They Totally Forgot It Too. Oh And The Older Hispanic Gentleman Working The Drive-Thru Is Pretty Damn Rude. Need To Work On His Communication Skills..."

"The sign out front hasn't changed since October. It's saying they have the ghost pepper Whopper. They do not. Inside signage is updated. Food is good."

"In any BK location I've ever been to, food is almost always hot n' fresh, dining areas in particularly this one are always kept clean but the service including this location overall is average at best. Customer service should always be a high priority if not the highest priority for any business. Sometimes it's good but once in a while I'll have an encounter with an employee who acts like they don't wanna be there. I'll admit that I eat at BK from time to time when I need a break from McD's or Wendy's or want an affordable burger which really isn't cheap at any venue anymore with the rising cost of food everywhere. This is the one location I end up at the most since it's the closest to my house in Beach Park. Doesn't necessarily have to be a 5⭐️ experience for me to come back but the fact that BK serves lunch items early in the morning is mainly why I end up here."
