"I experienced the worst customer service at this location with rude, arrogant, and condescending clerks. I had several returns and after being brushed off by one clerk who wandered off, the second clerk demanded to process the return by item and not order. After I explained that that was not the way I wanted my return processed, she promptly began to lecture me about computers and how I should not fear "learning" another way of having returns processed. Really? Sounds like Chicos needs to step up their training at this location, and in that way, most of the cars in the parking lot would've been parked in front of their store instead of Talbots and WHBM."
