"This is one of the worst Dunkins I've been to. I placed my order through the mobile app and when I went to go pick it up the workers told me they couldn't find the order and couldn't give me what I payed for. I showed them my receipt which showed I payed, the location I placed it in and they still refused to give me my items. I tried speaking to a manager but she avoid speaking to me and had someone else speak to me. Terrible customer service. Not coming here again."

"They've been terrible the past few months, from constantly forgetting to put skim milk on my iced coffee to asking them to put skim milk and defending that milk is in there when it clearly isn't. This picture from this morning takes it - a hot coffee when the label explicitly says iced coffee **Update: they're much better now in the last couple visits! Updating to 5 stars"
