"Facilities clean and organized. Floor personnel are helpful and courteous. Cashier service is extremely unorganized and rude. It amazes me that you have two live cashiers, with 7-8 people in both lines with only one or two in all the self chechouts, and they still don't have the courtesy to open a third or fourth cashier. It's the customers that keep your doors open and provide the desired profit line required. Customer service is the last impression that a customer sees."

"Workers were very helpful with a large boxed item I wanted to purchase. They got it down for me, put it on a flat cart and put it in my SUV after I paid for it which also was a quick and smooth transaction at the Orland Hills store."

"The store is much better stocked then other Walmarts. However, my own experience was not good. I always use self checkout. Somehow the computer charged me for 300 green peppers totalling $290. Unfortunately, I did not catch this until I checked out. I had to go to customer service to get the refund. The manager there was so nasty, rude and made me wait 40 minutes. For this reason, I do not recommend this store. There are too many times you end up in customer service for one thing or another."

"My experience is for curbside pickup! Everytime I come I've been being helped by trenton! He is a wonderful soul and he is a pleasure to talk to! Very nice caring person! Makes my pickups more enjoyable with a friendly face!"

"My partner got their sweatshirt and sweatpants ruined because there was red paint spilled on a shelf and there was no sign or anything and we didn't see it and they bumped into it. The sweatshirt and sweatpants were not cheap either. And no to mention a worker ran into me and then had the audacity to say I ran into her and didn't apologize; when I told her she was being rude all she said was "thanks". This Walmart is turning just as bad as Bridgeview Walmart. My partner wants to be reimbursed for the damage to their clothes and I'd like kinder staff"
