"The machine I was playing stopped working I asked the attendant onsite for help and she responded with a WHAT when I let her know what happened to the machine she was bothered that she needed to do her job. When we asked her whats the reason for an attitude she just slammed a piece of paper on the counter and wanted me to give her my name and number but she could not explain why. Once we asked to speak to someone else she tried to backtrack and insist she was not giving an attitude. This will be the one and only time I ever step in this place."

I certainly understand the necessity of preventing underage persons from entering the premises and I appreciate their vigilance, but surely there has to be a better way to approach 'guests'."
