"Back few years ago these guys were great when duprees then become action. I loved to work with them. Then they become a**holes who I choose not to work with. The action over in Bolingbrook so much better with parts and to work with. I make the extra 15 mile drive to not deal with rockdale."
"Absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced! Purchased a $340 switch from them that didn't work. Brought it back a week later and was told they couldn't refund or exchange it without sending the unit to their distributor to be checked out. I purchased another one and plugged it in and no issues. 3 months later I called about my refund and was told they were still working on it. I called every few months for over 11 months to be told they lost my switch and my return claim and that it was denied. They refused to give me a credit or refund arguing that they were not reimbursed from their distributor thus couldn't issue a refund. They also stated that they were not certain as to where my part is and if their distributor lost it, there is nothing they can do!"
