"Horrible service. There is always an issue here with my order and to top it off the employees are very rude as well as the managers. We ordered breakfast online went to pick up 15 min after and they completely cancelled our order because it was past 11 am and we had to pick up before that time according to the employee at the window. It is absurd, whatever time we pick up doesn’t matter if we ordered before breakfast was over. We got there 11:03. Our order should have been ready but it wasn’t. They just decided to cancel it."

"5 stars because the manager was really sweet to try and help us. I had ordered a mobile order ahead of time when my sons bball game was finishing and we were running a bit behind. By the time we got there the food was lukewarm and the manager offered to make the whole order again, but I had all the kids waiting. It was the thought that she wanted to go above and beyond for us to have hot food! Great customer service!!"

"I don't know what's going on at this McDonald's location, the wait line wraps around the building at times. I came in last night and was told to pull up after giving my mobile order code. Then I was told by the manager that he isn't taking orders at the pick-up window. I repeatedly tried to explain I was just told to pull up after stopping at the ordering window to the 2nd window after giving my mobile order code. He ultimately made me pull back around to the ordering window. I repeated the process after asking if the order was ready at the ordering screen-manager confirmed yes. I pull up and was being told now that the order isnt able to be made and I'll have to call corporate to get my money because they can not issue refunds or remake food. The McDonald's app clearly states to contact the point of purchase for disputes. I ultimately got the wrong order and left after the line was now backed up around the building. I would take the extra 5 minutes and drive down the road to the Delaney road location. As of posting this review it appears this McDonald's location is attempting to review boost their page by posting false 5 star reviews. Buyer beware."

"I cannot say too much bad things of McDonald's since it the same fashion food they have over decades. What I can say of this location is that they have gad different interior design sign. The kiosk are there in case no cashiers are attendant during busy hours. The issue though comes that if you do order through the kiosk then ask to grab a number for your order for the employee to bring it to you. They don't. You still have to get up to pick up your order. There really isn't a point to that. Other than that nothing bad overall of the location. It is just a quick grab and bite."
