"This was my coffee this morning! This is not 1 cream, how the tickets states it should be made and it’s half full! How in the world would anyone give this to a customer? The worst part is the manager took the order and he was at the windows. This is so sad!"

"A friend and I stop in there every Saturday for breakfast and coffee. The service is aboveaverage. The manager has taken the time to get to know me and my friend. And my grandson is well and always jokes with me. When I don't bring my grandson that I'm not allowed without him,then they ask why he is not with me. I think that shows something nice about the whole staff because it is not just the manager it's everyone that asks. By the way they're Remodeling right now"

"***UPDATE** The cups are still defective.... Please fix this ASAP!!!*** It's a hit or miss with them.... I go everyday for my coffee bcuz its on my way to work and it'll be okay 3 out of the 5 days. I notice when the mgr/owner is present everything is on point, but not when he isn't present. Lately their cups/lids have been leaking and it's becoming annoying at this point...."

"This Dunkin Donuts is by far the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. I do not know why they are still in business when they don’t ever have anything in stock or their machines are always “broken”. I should of learned not to return after both experiences prior to this was absolutely absurd. The staff members are completely rude and the environment is so unprofessional. I went to purchase a bagel and went through the drive thru and when I approached the window to pay, I paid. I waited about two minutes to just hear from the employee “I already gave you your bag with your bagel” …. “No, you did not give me my bag with my bagel”. I was than told to wait with no clue with what was going on. I than received my bagel and when I arrived home it was just like this. Like really??? I went back and asked for my money back. Also, I HIGHLY recommend you all to get your receipt to complain because this behavior is totally unacceptable."
