"When I got there, there was a gentleman and daughter in front of me, it was clear only one person was working. She was putting sandwiches together and busy but did not look up and acknowledge our presence. Another couple walked in behind me and left within 3 minutes. I have a couple of issues; if someone called in to not work where was owner? You own it, get there and work don't make them work alone. My 2nd issue is she didn't acknowledge us, get your busy but you look at us, tell us your alone and doing best you can, do not ignore your customer, we pay your paycheck...I left went next door to Domino's, got a delicious Italian sub."

"I have never been to a subway that was so unfriendly and unwelcoming to their guest until today. I did a mobile order and the sandwich was messed up and not how I ordered it and the lady refused to help me get a new sandwich or a refund. She told me that she could not help me and that I needed to leave."

"I’d give a 0 is I could. The workers were slow. All of the food was bad. The lettuce had been sitting out to long. She only gave me half a container of steak for my wrap. Then when she went to wrap it, she destroyed it. Service here is always this way. It’s bad."
