Starbucks

"Absolutely not ok. Their attitude was not Starbucks standard and if the actual company new about this they would be taken care of properly. I’m a partner and I’ve been with the company for awhile now and I can not believe that they allow them to treat customers like that. You guys really treat your customers poorly! You need to work on your attitude and the way you treat people. If you worked for the actual company you would be fired so Fast. Air port why would you allow this to be ok?! That’s not fair on us at all that you allowed this! Talk to the employees or get new ones it’s not that hard!! The girls who work there not ok!! You need to work on your attitude big time!! How dare you treat a person like their trash!"

"Unbelieveable. I ordered a drink. They used the wrong syrup and said "that's what she charged you for" instead of correcting it. Same cost just not chocolate since I can't have cocoa. Horrible people and no manager. No drink just out the money. How dare Starbucks allows this! United terminal B6"

"Get better employees! My friends ordered over $25 of drinks ahead of me. They asked for a cup of water and were told to get back in line due to all the cups in front of employee. When asked for employees name she said she didn't need to give her name. Another employee said he didnt know her name either. Michael, however, was very friendly and deserves a halo for working with difficult co-workers. My friends did not make a scene, however, it was obvious by the looks on the faces of the customers around us that they too thought the employee was being unreasonable over a cup of water. I didn't even complain that two people BEHIND me received their drinks first! Here is the lovely Starbucks employee that needs to check her attitude at the door!"

"Went to the Starbucks by gate C27, drink itself was good but that's about it. No one in line and the wait time was quite long and there was 4 staff members. The best way to decribe the employees here is completely out of control. All of them were being very rowdy and ultimately acting very childish. I believe my experience would have been much better if the employees would simply focus on doing their jobs."
